One morning as I was driving past Western Springs, I saw this group of pukeko on the lawns, silhouetted by the morning sun. As I stepped out of the car, hoping to get a picture, I had to hurry to get my shot, because the birds rushed up towards me in expectation of a feed, destroying the entire composition.
Nice one!
Great shadows and silhouettes!
I haven’t had luck with a Pukeko photograph yet so I’ll keep trying…
Aah, the “attack of the hungry pukeko flock” scene! š
