Hand in Hand (John Lyall 2001)

This paired sculpture by John Lyall (2001) is at the Te Atatu roundabout, next to the Möbius Gate by the same artist. Laser cut in mild steel, and galvanised. The two parts are on opposite sides of the footpath. (I am grateful to Mark Osborne, Senior Arts Project Coordinator Waitakere City Council, for information about this work.)

  1. This is great. I had to look at it for a bit before it suddenly clicked into focus. I like it a lot. I like the Mobius Gate you linked to as well.

So glad you posted the materials used. I thought it was glass at first.
