Miller's Coffee, Cross Street
Craig Miller runs a coffee roastery in Cross Street, next to We.ar and below the Ironbank building. From 7 to 12 in the morning you can get a full-on coffee fix in an environment that is a great fusion of industrial look and elegant sophistication, including a grand chandelier; not to forget the sofa with cushion covers made from coffee bags.
I had already damaged the barista’s art with a spoonful of sugar when I took the shot above, but the table decoration of hibiscus flowers more than makes up for that. I had arrived at the right moment, just as a batch of freshly roasted coffee was pouring out of the roasting drum onto the cooling tray.
An interesting place, great tasting coffee and knowledgable explanations from Craig: go there! 31 Cross Street, Newton.

Spilling the Beans

Wonderful shot of the first photo. Like the way you arranged the flowers in the first photo. Those are stunning hibiscus. Oh, it’s so delicious. I can smell it’s aromatic fragrance of the coffee right now.
Great shots of of coffee making as well.
Have a nice day.l
