Lower Nihotupu Reservoir

The curve of the spillway of the Lower Nihotupu Reservoir is always fascinating. Here it frames the reflection of the hills in the calm waters.

This is one of several lakes in the Waitakere Ranges that supply water to the city of Auckland.
