Chef Steve Roberts Makes a Point (or Two)

Our Sydney son and daughter-in-law presented us with vouchers for a class at the Auckland Seafood School for Christmas (last year, so it was high time to redeem the vouchers — and thank you very much, Zoe and Markus!). Chef Steve Roberts showed us around the Fish Markets, followed by cooking demonstration and hands-on cooking – and eating, not to forget. But here we concentrate on the reflection!
