The Divide (Andrew J. Steel)

This wall in Morningside is reserved for street art royalty. Here Andrew J. Steel (who up until recently was one half of “BMD“) struts his stuff.

Chinese Girl (Owen Dippie and Hipara August after Tretchikoff)

Another big mural gracing the western rail corridor – this one at Morningside. The subject is a portrait of a Chinese girl by the colourful painter Vladimir Tretchikoff, embedded in woodcarving patterns. Painted by Owen Dippie and Hipara August.

We have shown Owen‘s Henderson mural of Bruce McLaren earlier.
